What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. You must return all unused and unworn merchandise in its original packaging for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges). Items must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Please contact us via the Get in Touch link at the top of our website and select contact us from the dropdown options.

How do I know what size to order? 

We encourage you to carefully measure and utilize the size charts on our site prior to ordering. Exchanges and refunds for size correction cannot be accepted. Please see our return policy for more details.

How long will it take to process my return/exchange?

The Waymakers Shop will process your return 5-10 business days from the receipt of your product. Please note that it may take an additional 3- 5 business days for a credit to be applied to your account.
